Question from Jenny: “Question: I have a B&W Photo Class and I need a 35mm film camera, I was thinking on buying a use one but not sure what to get. I have Canon lenses. I was thinking about getting a Canon EOS Rebel Ti 35mm SLR Camera, what you guys think? Any recommendations? Thanks a lot :)”

Brian:  I would ask yourself how much you plan to use that 35mm film camera after the class. Figure out a price range based on that question, and then go from there. But yes since you are invested in canon lenses, get a canon slr

Chris: I have a Canon Rebel T3i and I absolutely love it!

Brian: she’s looking for a film slr for her class

Lizzie: I got a retro canon 1000f, it was pretty cheap, fits all my lenses and really is a great little camera 🙂

Janna: Ck shop goodwill.com, they have them cheap!!

Kellie: I used the Pentax K1000 I think… and it was SUPER easy to use. It was the one recommended for the class (15 years ago) but LOVED how easy it was to use!

Tom:  I have a Canon EOS Rebel K2 SLR. Greatcamera! You can probably find one for $40 on eBay!

Kristen: I like my old Canon AE-1 Program model. 🙂 And super cheap too!

Mel: Consider a reputable pawn shop for a good used Cannon. Remind them that 35mm film cameras are just about obsolete. Ask how long it has been on the shelf and that whatever they get is better than having it just sit.

Jenny: Thanks a lot for all your comments. You guys helped me a lot. Found a slr Canon for $30 on Amazon. Wish me luck!

Ardel:  I have a Canon AE-1 Program and its easy to use..
