Jaye: I highly recommend you hire a lawyer who knows the laws in the state/county/city that you live and have them work with you on that. I was going to use generic contracts that I found online before consulting with my lawyer who pointed out that my state has different laws and the contracts I found online were actually illegal for me to use. Best $150 I ever spent.
