Blogging — Get Your Life Back!

We are so PUMPED to share a sample from our newest product: Blogging Made Easy! Below is a preview of one of the completed templates. These are so easy to use, this post literally took me 3 minutes to put together! Blogging Made Easy! also includes example blog titles to help boost your SEO. (Don’t know what SEO is? No worries! We’ve explained it within the guide.) We’ve also included a freebie at the end of this blog post! Scroll for more details!

Here’s How It Works:

Step 1: Photograph Session/Wedding/Event. This is the fun part! We all love shooting, that’s why we have to make blog posts – to attract more people to our work so we can continue to shoot. It’s the circle of photog life.

Step 2: Send blog form to client. When you send this to your client, tell them that you have a few questions that you need them to answer before you can post their blog post. (This is incentive for them to get it back to you quickly because they will want to see preview photos.)

What is a blog form? A blog form is a questionnaire filled with questions about why they wanted to shoot in a particular place, what they like to do for fun, where they got their outfits, who their favorite vendors are, etc. They just become part of your process, so your clients don’t think you forgot about them. These kinds of questions allow you to incorporate personal info into your blog, and will turn your blog into tip central. That’s what makes people interested, and they will keep coming back. The more people that follow your blog, the more bookings you’ll get, which means more money, and we ALL like more money.

Step 3: Fill in blog template with clients’ answers. Once you receive the form back from your client, simply fill in the pre-written blog template with the information from your blog form. Remember back in the day when you were in school and they would have you fill out random adjectives, nouns, etc. into stories? It’s exactly like that, only you get a blog post instead of a silly story.

Step 4: Add pictures. Insert your fave photos from your wedding/session/event. There are spots within the template to place your photos; however, you can customize this to put them wherever you want. **We’ve included some bonus social media templates to help change things up a bit when posting your photos.**

Step 5: Live your life! Now you have time to enjoy your life again instead of spending hours and hours blogging. Get out and Carpe Diem!

Blog Post Title: Brett and Susan | Indianapolis, Indiana Engagement Photographer | Brooke Photography

Hi everyone!

Let’s all give it up for one of the cutest couples I’ve ever seen: Brett and Susan!

Susan told me all about how Brett and her met. Susan and Brett met at church when they were teenagers. They both felt an instant connection, but Brett was in a relationship, and Susan was about to go to college. They kept in touch, but both went in different directions. Susan began to write Brett while he was stationed in Iraq. He said she gave him a reason to keep fighting, a reason to live. Susan and Brett fell in love and their love grew over the two years he was gone.

She also filled me in on the proposal. Susan was so excited to surprise Brett at the airport when he arrived home from his first tour. To her surprise, Brett exited the plane with a bouquet of roses, and an engagement ring. He said that if she loved him, that he knew she would be there. He got on one knee and proposed. Of course, she said Y-E-S!

Their wedding date is set for May 23. They will be getting married at the beautiful St. Claire’s Church, and their reception will be at Florida’s Boathouse. They’re really looking forward to the string quartet they booked for the ceremony, as well as the awesome dinner menu. They’re not just excited about the details, though. They’re also excited to spend the rest of their lives together. It’s so clear that this couple is headoverheels for each other!

Just check out the pictures if you don’t believe me!
